Spawn: The Recall Fan Film is...not too bad

So a fan made Spawn film has been created and maybe they'll be more if it gets some funding.  Maybe an internet series if it doesn't get a full time movie.  I hope it does but what I'd really like to see is some more horror, beat the crap our of bad guys Spawn like the animated series rather than the meh live action 90's version.

Don't get me wrong, I liked the live action version when it came out but after watching it a second time, you just have to go WTF?  Anyway, a Spawn reboot is very much needed especially with much better technology nowadays.  Hopefully, these guys can help Todd McFarlane get going with another Spawn live action film. - Kevshiro

First Look Mad Max: Fury Road Trailer

Finally!  After do many teaser posters we get our first look into the new world of Mad Max. If any if you are a fan like me of the old Mad Max films, you'll be excited to see this new version of the Max, portrayed by Tom Hardy and also starring Charlize Theron.

The trailer shows the same post-apocalyptic, water deprived world where only the strong survive.  There's no friends in this world, only quid pro quo. I'll be eagerly awaiting this movie's release and definitely be there opening night.

Can't wait!

Vin Diesel Loves Guardians Of The Galaxy

Last night on his Facebook profile, Vin Diesel gave his thoughts on Guardians of the Galaxy after seeing the first screening of it. He really seems to like it.

Even though all who were invited to the screening were under a strict embargo not to say anything about the movie, Mr. Diesel felt compelled to write about it anyway.  Here is what he had to say:
OMG!!!
I have to share this... My youngest who is 3 yrs old, has never been to a movie theater before in his life. Today, I was invited by Disney and Marvel to see the latest cut of Guardians of the Galaxy and I was able to take the angels. WOW!!!!!
To Marvel, Disney, the incredible cast and team and especially James Gunn... Thank you for making a GREAT MOVIE! It was amazing and will always be special, for it was the first film I was able to take my family to see and oh how they loved it.
I AM GROOT!!!
I, for one, really hope he's right and this movie turns out to be excellent.

Watch This Video About 1989's Batman Movie on It's 25th Anniversary

Today is the 25th anniversary of the theatrical premiere of the Batman movie back in 1989!  Wow, time flies!  Here is a video made in 1988 to reassure distributors and merchandisers about the movie.  At the time a superhero movie was a much trickier sell.

Star Wars (Guardians of the Galaxy Style) Trailer

This Star Wars trailer, done in the style of the recent Guardians of the Galaxy trailer, is simply fantastic. It does an excellent job of highlighting the humor and fun of the original Star War Trilogy. The Usual Suspects have done an excellent job putting this together.

Sound is a must on this video. Enjoy!

New Images of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie Toys

The pictures of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie action figures we've seen so far (Here and Here) haven't been all that impressive.  How much you like or hate them really depends on how you feel about the movie character designs in general.  Even so, it doesn't seem like anything exciting and new is being done with this property.  If you know what Playmates usually does with the Turtles figures, then you know we're just getting more of the same with these.

New Dumb and Dumber To Trailer

The new trailer for Dumb and Dumber To was just released and it looks like this movie could be pretty damn funny.  Hopefully.
