At the end of each month I, Brunpuppies, will put together a list of the toys that I acquired over the course of the month. The number of entries will differ depending on just how many toys I got in that month. The order of the list will be based purely on my personal opinion of the items and is in no way definitive. I know there were no funnies last week, and I'm sorry. I actually kinda forgot about them because I was super busy. There wasn't a great selection last week so it woulda been kinda craptacular anyway. But, I have come through this week for you. Funnies from a couple weeks ago
Another week down, another episode of Friday Funnies. This week's installment is ok, the internets don't always bless me with epic content. I hope you actually lol a little bit.
Oh look, it's Friday again, and there's not an impending snow storm for the weekend. Which is good, because I'd probably lose it. Not being able to use your microwave because it's full of water leaking from your roof is not fun. Maybe these will take the edge off.
I've recently been one of the lucky ones who get on at an early stop on the commuter rail. I also get off a few stops before the end of the line in Boston so I don't have to deal with all the craziness all the way into the city. At a few of stops though, I'm not sure if it's like this with all the other stops, but especially those at Sharon, Canton, and Rt128, I felt the need to create this image as I'm sure everyone feels this way.
So since the huge amounts of snow has nearly crippled the MBTA, they have been on a limited train schedule. They've had to reduce the amount of trains they put out and can't put on more cabs, for some reason, resulting in overcrowded trains which then results in not stopping at all the stops to let on more people which then results in very angry commuters. Hopefully the trains will be back to their normal schedule soon but in the meantime, relax and laugh it off. You shall pass soon :)

What's this? 2 weeks in a row with friday funnies? Yep. You're welcome. Does anyone wanna come help me shovel show this weekend? Or does anyone have a flame thrower?
So it's been a while. I was on vacation, insanely busy with work, and getting punched in the junk with snow. We're supposed to get more snow this weekend too. Maybe these funnies will help ease the pain.
Jump the Gunis a semi-weekly article where two or more HiddenLevel contributors voice their gut reactions to upcoming movies.Their opinions are based solely on what trailers, press releases, and information is available around the internet, oh, and of course their own personal bias towards the source material.None of the opinions are based on actually having watched the movie. Each reviewer retains the right to change their view after having watched the movie, if they ever bother to do so.After all, who wants to waste their money on a movie that looks like it’s going to suck?Unless you’re into that kind of thing.
Movie Summary: A lowly Earth woman finds out she has claim to Royalty of the Universe and the current Royalty wish her dead.
Brunpuppies - I just don’t know if I care about this movie at all. There are just too many other movies coming out that I really want to see that this hasn’t drawn much of my attention. I guess if word of mouth behind it gets really strong I might take a look.
Verdict - Someday, maybe.
Kevshiro - After a long, long hold they're finally releasing this movie and after all the fixes the trailer still hasn’t really done that much for me. I look at it and I’m like, well I might be more interested if Mila Kunis has super powers but it looks like it’s really not that interesting right now. Of course, if she get’s naked at some point during the film I’ll be glad to take a look, I mean, review this film in depth. I’m sure there’s more to this film than just what is shown in the trailer so I think I’ll be waiting patiently for this one to come out on DVD.
Verdict - DVD for me.
SolidMike - Absolutely not, when I first saw this trailer I thought it was going to be another advertisement for a Verizon phone or something. To my surprise, I was wrong and kind of wish now that it was a commercial for a phone.

Everybody dreams of figures like Mazinger Z, Robotech, Figma, S.H. Figuarts or even those from Marvel! But those who are on a limited budget and can't spend money on a 45-50 dollar figure (ahem, S.H. Figuarts) look into our pockets and only find a moth...sad but true.
Being a collector sometimes is an expensive hobby but there is always a way to do it and it is called
FUNKO POP!
The Funko Pop! figures are 3 3/4 inch vinyl figures that range from Mickey Mouse to World of Warcrafts figures and the prices can be anywhere as low as $5.00 (at your local Five Below) to $12.99 for regular editions. If you feel like "I want something more unique", you can find Limited Edition Funko Pop! figures starting at $24 (Of course paying premium price).
To Box or Un-box, that is the question:
The detail in some of the figures is amazing and keeping them in their boxes could be a good idea but
sometimes you can miss out on some great detail work or catch things that the clear plastic front of the box doesn't show.
Funko Pop! has Limited Edition figures for every comic convention and those are the most hunted
ones. Last year at NYCC (New York Comic Con) we were lucky enough to grab Vegeta from Toy Tokyo Limited Edition even though the line was huge by mid morning.
Be careful with these Funko Pop! figures as once you Pop! you just cant stop! lol
I know I haven't post any funnies for a while. It was partly because of the holidays, and partly because I wasn't sure I wanted to do it anymore. I had a few people ask me to post again. Do you want to keep seeing the funnies or do you really not care? Well, here's the first installment for the new year.
