Surrealist artist, H.R. Giger has died at 74. His death is a result from injuries he obtained after suffering a fall. He was born, Hans Rudolf in a Swiss town called Chur in 1940.
He is best known for his design work for the Ridley Scott Aliens movies. His art work often explored a hybrid of human form and industrial mechanical parts that he called "biomechanical".
